簡化太極拳(二十四拳)
24-Step Simplified Taijiquan

This 24-step form includes the main movements of the longer Yang style 108-step form. It was intended for those who wish to practice Taijiquan but do not have the time to devote to learning the longer forms. However, for those serious about learning Taijiquan for self-defense as well as for health, it is highly recommended that one takes the long route and practice the long forms, as well as basic training methods. Like other large-frame Yang-style Taijiquan forms, the movements of this form are long, graceful, and performed slowly. The names of the movements in Chinese, pinyin, and English translation are given below.
