Barret
Oliver, who portrays Bastian, was born on August 24th, 1973 in Los Angeles.
His mother's name is Kathy and his father is Kent. He also has a Brother
named Kyle Oliver. Barret started on Knight Rider (TV) at the age of nine.
In 1983-1984, Barret got Bastian role in the NeverEnding Story, (Die Unendliche
Geschichte). I think it was the role of his career. His great skills of
acting had made him one of the best child actors of the 80’s. After The
Neverending story, Barret played on several successfull movies like D.A.R.Y.L.
and Cocoon in 1985, Cocoon: The return in 1988. Unfortunately, 1989 was
the year of his last movie. Now he is working as a welder. But there is
a good new: He tries to get back into the movie industry.
