I guess I should start off by telling you alittle about my self.
My name is Edie Rollins I along with the rest of my clan live in the western part of Kentucky My husband name is Michael we met 5 years ago when we worked for a company out of Chattanooga Tn . Both being over the road truck drivers,We decided there on the spot we would spend the rest of our lives together,And still are today, I have 5 children they are timothy 18 leaving for the navy in Feburary, Lindsay 15 that still lives in Arkansas with her dad,that is another bad part of my life not her being able to spend the time i want to with her.Dakota 7 he lives in Texas with his dad but we switch back and forth with him ,Specially when we were both truck drivers, That makes it nice to spend time together,Kayleigh 10 yrs old she is my husbands from his first marriage she lives here in town with us, Matthew 4 years old He is the only one we have together, he went on the truck with us when we drove I recently came off the road in November 2001 So haven't been home for a long time, I came off the road to persue my love of dogs to start grooming school and open my own business,But it has been put on the back burner for the time still we get this owner operator stuff down. I hope while I'm waiting I can put my time to good use and volunteer at my local scotty rescue, They always need good helpers I volunteer my husband for the transportation part being he goes all over the country and they some times run into no one able to transport great distances. My hubby likes the company even if it is short.The day i went to get Elliott i told him I Found one give me money see ya later, His life has never been the same
I bought him home and he said what is that? Within a day he was hooked. He still asks me if he can take Elliott on the truck with him? Elliott would really like that too he has been in the truck since i got him, This is devotion , We switched jobs and they really didn't want pets on the truck so they said oh yes for a $1000.00 my husband said well I guess i can go by myself or pay the money so we paid the money. |
