"Shut Your Mouth! ! !"

Never in our lives (I am 61 and my wife is 59) have we been insulted in the manner which we were during the presentation of the Vacation Club Holiday interview. This was done by the young manager at the Solaris Hotel in Cancun Mexico. We were enticed by an individual while walking on the beach with gifts if we sat in on 60 min presentation. Once we got to the hotel office they tried to change this to a 90 min interview. After 60 min we told them this is not for us and we would like to leave. The lady said fine she understands we are of age which we would use the full benefit of the club. She then sent us to the front desk to receive our gifts (caps, t-shirts, travel bag and dinner tickets) When we arrived at the desk this young manager said no gifts we were not there for 90 minutes. We reminded him that the original contact said 60 minutes. Before I could finish he says "Shut your mouths this is what will happen, you get 2 t-shirts 1 cap and the travel bag take it and get the hell off this property and never come back". I felt like hitting him but this is Mexico and Mexican jails are not vacation clubs. I hope top management gets this email or response. We got up and walked out. We felt that was not called for.
