RESUME

Freight Forwarder hability to handle import/export air/ocean/rodo shipments.
We have a complete list of agents worldwide with the offices at the major air/sea ports of each country with approximatly 106 countries with habilited profissional’s.
We can offer a door to door services pick uping your freight at the supplier’s warehouse till deliveryinf it at the cnee adress.
We have also offices on the major Brazilian air/sea ports that could be send any freight to another city, with our supervision.
We can do any customs clearance for any Brazilian place.
We offer to our clients everyday the follow-up of their freight through our computadorized systems.

• Represent the Clients abroad, together the suppliers, Air/Shipping companies, and all government authorities involved in the Client’s shippment;

• Contact with the suppliers in order to obtain informations and delivery schedule, to define details concerning the packages, inland freight, regarding filling out of documents and its issuance;

• Definition of port/airport of loading, freight analysis and negotiation of booking;

• We are able to serve our Clients either on the export or the import party through N.V.O.C.C. system with weekly departure on both parties;

• Issuance to the Client of "Pré-alert";

• Documentation analysis and receiving, focusing on the compliance to the Client’s demands, Letter of Credit and Brazilian Customs Legislation;

• Instruction to the supplier concerning the cargo shipment, cargo inspection, its follow-up, on export customs proceedings;

• Issuance of Bill of Lading and/or Air Way Bill, checking of freight rates, notifying of the Client of the shipping informations;

• Other demandable activities on behalf of the Client’s always coordinated by AllWorld headquarters in Brazil, and followed by the agents abroad..

Shipments to another Brazilian’s places will be supervisioned by our heardquarter in São Paulo.

The execution of services consists in all necessary activities and expeditures in order to obtain documents for export process, from the begginning to the end when getting them approved by the correponding authorities.

• Commercial Invoice;
• Packing List;
• Origin Certificate;
• Consulate Invoice, when demandable;
• Siscomex (E.D. and others);
• Other required documents according to the characteristics of the exported material.

With the information gives us from Client that should supply all the data and information concerning the export, along with other information related to the cargo, to the imported, the transporting way, the exchange, etc.

The execution of services consists of all the requested and necessary activities to release the exporting goods and the supervision of its delivery to international transporting companies, including the following main services:

• Contact with the international transporting companies for the booking, checking and negotiation of freight rates, when applicable;
• Receipt of the Client’s documents and deliver to the Customs Clearance place;
• Inland freight to the port/airport of departure;
• Elaboration of Air Way Bill (AWB)/Bill of Lading (BL) according to the Client’s instructions and the Letter of Credit, when applicable;
• To get Authorization Letter for freight payment when necessary;
• Providing the payment for Pre-paid Freight and related expenses based on previous estimative;
• Authorized personnel to oversee the activities in Customs at the primary and/or secondary zones;
• Dispatching of shipping documents to the Client or the negotiating bank, according to the Client’s instructions.

All Air/Ocean shpts to another citie/states instead São Paulo will be handled and coordenated by heaquarter office with our branch office of cargo’s destination always with our supervision for avoiding delays to deliver and clearance cargo.

For new clients when the partner require us clearance, will be necesary to receive from cnee a power of atourney firstly before shipment departure.

The execution of services consists of all the requested and necessary activities to release the imported cargo, including the transport.

This means following main services:

• Receipt of the documents from the Client and/or collecting from the Air/Shipping companies;
• Documentation analysis;
• Cargo unloading checking;
• Elaboration of the Import Declaration (I.D.) and/or Customs Transit Declaration (C.T.D.), or Declaration of Imported Samples without commercial value (D.I.S.), according to the case;
• Preparation of freight estimatives, tributes, fees and other expenses related to the import;
• Dispatch of documents to Customs;
• Getting Authorization Letter for freight payment;
• Providing freight payment to the Air/Shipping companies when applicable;
• Providing payment for tributes, taxes and expenses;
• Register and proceedings of I.D., C.T.D., D.I.S., with the Customs Authorities follow-up and physical confirmation, inspection, and checking of the goods;
• Contact with the transporting company in charge of the cargo and transporting to the location determined by the Client;
• Documentation issued to the Client.

To provide customs clearance for new cnees, we need to have before shpt a power of atourney from cnee.

This power of atourney need to be registered at the brazilian customs.

The execution of services consists of all the requested activities and necessary proceedings for the issuing of the importing paperwork claimed by Government Authorities, the coordination of commercial interchange, contracts with the foreing commerce departament, including the following main services:

• Receipt of Pro-forma Invoice, technical catalogs and eventually official price list;
• Document analysis, tariff classification of the items, requesting further informations from the Client in case of doubt;
• Elaboration of the necessary documents according to Siscomex rules;
• Follow-up of the processes and checking of the demandas, attending each case according to the requested situation;
• Elaboration of petitions, surveys, clarifications and register when necessary;
• Payment of necessary fees;

Execution of all necessary services and activities to have the Draw-Back approved.

The execution of this service consists of elaboration, follow-up and approval of reduction project of the import tax (I.T.) on the Technical Tariff Departament (T.T.D.) as well as guidance on the assurance of similar national non-existing certificate.

Approval on Ministery of Industry only for automotive industry.

Elaboration and approval of exemption and/or ICMS instalments, in the import process of the Client’s company at the Secretary of the treasury.

Re : New Brazilian Rules from Jan., 05, 2000 for importation to Brazil by air / air-air / sea-air / ocean – LCL and FCL Basis from the following countries to all brazilian air/sea ports: 

_China including Hong Kong;
_Japan;
_North and South Korea;
_United States of America;

Pls be informed that all shpts with destination to all brazilian air /sea ports where contain wood at the package like (pallets, crates, wooden boxes, etc) will be necessary the fumigation certificate issued dated with 15 previous days before shipment date. For cargoes on FCL basis will be necessary one declaration of inexistence of wood inside the container.

P.S.: Not will be necessary the fumigation certificate of wood floor / base of the containers, because it is considered previously treatmented.
Pls inform the inspection companies credency at yr country that can inspection and issue the certificate as please inform the costs to obtain this certificate at yr country for air / ocean (FCL / LCL) shpts.

P.S.: In case that not was attendment these obligation above mentioned the cargoes could remain stopped at air / sea ports paying extra costs like ware housing and impossibility of customs clearance as will be applyed a penalty of USD 300,00. So, before ship any cargo to Brazil by air or ocean take this procedure and please advise the customers hoping your assistance.

Dear Sirs:
We would like to inform to all our partners/agents how to label cargo to Brazil, because on last months we are receiving some shipments without all the labels that Brazilian Customs always requires. Please be in mind that, if you did not put all the labels according to this report, Customs here can create problems to release the cargo, and the forwarder (AllWorld/partner) must pay a lot of fines (these are very expensive) and we would like to avoid this problem.

Anyway, please find below the labels that the pieces must have:

• Master’s Label: THE PIECES ALWAYS MUST HAVE A LABEL WITH THE NUMBER OF THE MASTER, THE NUMBER OF THE FLIGYHT, AND THE AIRLINE THAT WILL TRANSPORT IT;

• House’s Label: THE PIECES ALWAYS MUST HAVE A LABEL WITH THE NUMBER OR THE HOUSE AND, IF POSSIBLE, THE NAME OF THE AGENT IN BRAZIL (ALL WORLD).
