G.G. Allin lives - or his legend does. Under the auspcies of Allin's brother Merle, his old band, the Murder Junkies, is keeping his dubious legacy alive. The Murder Junkies were known for playing brutal punk while Allin howled obscene lyrics and hurled his bodily excretions at fans. He died of a drug overdose June 28, 1993. The Junkies reunited this year, fronted by vocalist Jeff Clayton of North Carolina punk band Antiseen, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Allin's death with shows en route to his gravesite in New Hampshire. They extended the tour into the fall and Clevelanders can see them at the Pirate's Cove, 2083 1/2 W. 21st St., 216.664.0867. 8 p.m. Tickets: $5 advance, $9 day of the show.
