Introduction to Psychotronic Implants and Electromagnetic Warfare

During the cold war era, a variety of top secret technologies were developed that were very hush hush. Whilst the average citizen was out buying toasters and new improved crackers, goverment scientists were working hard in laboratories to work out how to beat each other in virtually every aspect of science. Science is of course meaning knowledge is power, and who ever had the most knowledge would eventually be victorious.

The average person does not even see the scientific advances of the late 20th century!

One of these top secret technologies are a class of electronic warfare systems, pertaining to mental manipulation. Whoever could control the minds and hearts of men and women could control the world, it might be said. These secret technologies involve the use of certain radio frequencies within the spectrum, to influence minds.

Much of these principles have been patented publicly, for if one was smart enough to develop such techniques, they would of course patent them. Such techniques involve beam weapons that operate through induction, disruption of brainwaves etc.

Infrasonics is one aspect psychotronics - infrasound is sound that is too low to hear, 20hz or less infact. Infrasound has all sorts of werid and odd effects on the brain, feelings such as chills, confusion, intense sorrow and depression, anger, change of voice, muscle spasms, pain and even hallucinations!

What is a Psychotronic Implant?

After the "Mind control techniques" were developed effectively, the next step was to build them into a smaller unit. Envision an implant that incorporated electronic warfare techniques, such as infrasound to mess with an individual's mind, for the purposes of torture and personal torment. As I mention, humans are also sensitive to audible sound too. So, with both frequency types, it is possible to produce a weapon that can interfer emotionally and physically - muscle spasms, and nuisance sound whilst a TV is on for instance. This implant becomes a high tech medieval torture machine, some implants can even be operated remotely via radio waves, or even satellite!

The Splinter Implant

After the events of the last 14 months, I have thought much differently about the world, as to how safe a person really is. When online in chat rooms one is going to meet a lot of people from all over the planet. However, because of 'stranger danger' we can not trust everyone we meet in a chatroom. More so, we can often give out a lot of personal information in chat rooms, such as what country your in, your age, email address, photos etc. A user can not be certain of the participant's true identity, and can only gain an impression about  the person from what they write in screen, the person is merely text and teletype. Around 80% of photos given to you on the web in a chat room will be fake.

I do not like internet chatrooms. Now imagine there is a stalker in this chatroom you are in? This person is a systematic sicko, who spends their whole waking hour searching for people, lurking in chatrooms. You give them your phone number, email, and later even your home address over a period of a few months that you write to them! This person has been waiting for that information. Why? The man, in his early 40's, leans over to the table he is typing to you on. He picks up something tiny in a plastic case, and laughs in a cold british accent. ha ha ha. He has a large case filled with psychotronic implants, and he is going to put one of these torture devices in you! He has put in hundreds before. The man makes the phone call to an agent in Venuzeula, telling him what is going to happen. This mysterious person has taken out the order to put a psychotronic implant in you, break into your house, and do the damage. The man wires a million dollars in funds to ensure the procedure is carried out correctly.

Victims are drugged with a tranquilizer that may leave person feeling slightly physically tired for day or so.

A few months later, this person hops on a plane to the United States. Now your in trouble.  Then he visits your city infact. For some reason, he stops writing to you later on, you try to call the number he sent you, but it is fake. They lied to you about everything.

Anyway you shrug it off, thinking that it was just an internet werido. However, you have been selected to be implanted with a psychotronic implant.

A few months after you notice some strange holes in the top soft part of your ear, they dont look like much, you think thats kind of werid. Your ear hurts quite a lot, but you shrug it off. Sooner or later, the hole heals up very quickly.

One day, whilst watching television, you hear laughter and wonder where it is coming from. It does not sound like it is coming from the television at all, since it is louder. looking round you see no one, then you hear "your definately going down". Where was that coming from? It was such a clear voice!

Anyway, you continue watching television, but then words that are spoken appear different to what had been spoken! Then, whenever a TV is on in the next room you cant sleep - the background noise has awful shouting and speech in it that dissappears when you move into the room with the television.

Radio becomes an absolute nightmare, with words turning to down, burn, fire, untold of expletives and anything else you find to be annoying. Songs turn into torture. You can thank us patent subliminal words whilst music is playing no..... for this technology! Those were not the lyrics that should be in your favorite song? What has happened? Then the muscle spasms start, and they don't stop. There is absolutely nothing there that could physically produce the sound, you wonder what is happening to your mind. And its not just at home, it occurs everywhere, anything that produces sound is your enemy!

On top of that, your the only one who can hear these odd sounds. Its so annoying you want to scream out loud shut up! The reason for this is because the speaker in the implant produces sound subtlety, so that the wave breaks up and dissipates when it leaves your ears.

Where was this sound coming from?

What was found out: Although any device that can produce sound seemed to emit audible hostile harassment, our researchers found that the sound actually did not originate from any of those devices. Thus, CD Players, Televisions, radios, walkmans, and any other device that can produce sound were not at fault. We even went to the extend of ripping radios into tiny pieces to find some sort of device doing this, but we found none.

If it were the actual sound device, such as a television or radio speaker producing the harassment, then everyone else would hear. So, we did some tests.

Turns out, that the sound was originating from within the human ear itself! Which was somewhat scary to find, but then it was the logical explaination - an implant was causing this. The person we found had an implant in each ear, two in total. These implants produce the sound, and can also cause hallucinations and interfer with the brain using infrasonics. Why there were put there was not clear, nor exactly was who did this?

The implant was inserted 2.5 cm underneath the skin, in that soft part of the ear. MRI scan caused a burning sensation - the metal components of the implant.  X-Rays and ultrasound were slightly effective. Difficult for a non-specialist to find. If you have an MRI, and feel a burning sensation in your ears then this means something is there because the metal actually absorbs energy from the MRI, causing it to heat up to around 70 degrees. This may however cause damage to the surrounding ear tissue.

How it works:

We have come to call this implant a Splinter Implant, simply because of what it does - torture. A Splinter implant is definately something that you would want to remove.  Splinter is part of a secret class of  Psychotronic Weapons, in this case it is directly implanted, MOST COMMONLY IN BOTH EARS.

The splinter implant communicates via radio frequencies, around 742.025 MHZ UHF, with satellite to provide a world-wide coverage. Its like a radio station inside your ear, that wont switch off, and sounds can be broadcast to the implant from anywhere in the world.

We believe it may be capable of operating in any place that has cellular phone systems, and it has a micro antenna array to communicate with satellite. We do indeed have satellite radio available commercially.

The implant uses background noise to provide sufficient energy to produce a sound. It uses a layover technique to embed sounds into standard audio tracks, therefore it has excellent voice recognition. What it says for particular lyrics of music varies, it can do it randomly from a database, or it can match a song against a list of derogatory phrases.

The implant also incorporates thought recognition, where by thoughts can be read and played back. This is done repeatly to annoy the victim. The implant also adjusts the brainwave activities - prefering to numb the victims mind in the alpha state, rather than the beta state we should normally be in. Thought recognition means that the implant can respond to words thought in the mind and answer back just as if it is in constant conversation. This is called synthetic telepathy at the |||

The brain emits electromagnetic waves, brainwaves. A brainwave sensor can read these waves, and it can be determined what you are thinking, what you are feeling etc.

Emotional states can be replicated - that is if you were feeling very unhappy that emotion and everything you think, say and experience can be stored on a hard disk. Then, this implant can play it back like a VCR! There is even a library of "emotional states", that you can select and play back through the implant, much like listening to MP3 play lists.

Implant causes hallucinations - but these are pre-programmed into the chip, the hallucinations are scenes that are downloaded into it. Mostly, you might refer to them as holograms that only the implanted person can see.  Implant has OCR, and can change what a person is reading - the text itself, to appear to be different to what you were reading!

We are stumped as to what to do. Initially the concern is that security will have to be improved to prevent a similar device from being implanted again. I have told the person to stay off  Internet Chatrooms.

Who do we send the implant to? They did not etch a mailing address onto the device's metallic surface. Has an interesting stacking technique for the semiconductors, where by wafers full of electronic circuits are stacked on top and plugged into each other to produce a working implant.

The casing of the implant contains the power source and the housing of the implant. The implant can be customized by using the stacking process to create a custom implant with features as required. It is easy to manufacture the wafers, and easy to manufacture the circuit housing.

Can be implanted by inserting a compressed air loaded needle looking device into the ear, that forces the implant into the ear.

It seems anyone with such an implant, one is stuck into a self-help situation. Implant can have so much power that it can even influence speech. Speech is an aspect that is important for a functioning member of society - you do not know how crucial being able to talk is, until you can't for some unknown reason!

Imagine how scared that person was? The level of technology being applied here is unfathomable. But why? A secret experiment? Of course, this implant does indeed have terrestrial origins - it is from earth.

There is almost nothing the person can do, they would be  in total helplessness, and dispair. What can a victim prove? Almost nothing, unless they are a scientist.

Removing an Implant: How to

You must perform not only medical imaging, but also must prove energy emissions to prove the implant. Its all about finding the exact point of implantation, proving something is really there, then getting a surgeon to remove the implant. That is where the self help science comes in, and can be an uphill battle. Some countries do not have implant manufacturing capabilities, and so they may be in total disbelief! Implants may not be common knowledge.
