Positions of the arms

1^st position - The arms are raised infront so they forms a circle opposite the lower ribs with palms of the hands facing the body.
*2^nd position* - The arms are opened from the 1^st position with the same curved shape.
*3^rd position* - One arm is in the 1^st position and the other in the 2^nd position.
*4^th position* - One arme is in the 1^st position or the 2^nd position and the other arm is in the 5^th position.
*5^th position* - The arms forms a circle above and in front of the head so that the finger tips are just within the line of vision.
