He will always be a Saint for us as he gave my brother who was 63 years old a way to come back t the church. I am 1/2 of the couple that Rev. Creech united in Holy Union on September 14, 1997 - at First United Methodist Church, Omaha, NE. First of all congratulations. Because of the age of one of our children - we did not want our names in public. Our supporters have seen that they have been kept out of the media light. Her ex-husband and media would have made this little girl's life mi erable by trying to keep her away from her mother. I congratulate you two on being so open. May you both have many years together.

I'm a retired United Methodist minster. Having done one covenant service a few years ago, I fully support that rite as a right. I'm supportive of the Fairness Campaign here in Louisville and was arrested a year ago for participating in demonstration to upport that right. Congratulations on your holy union. My partner and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary with a Wedding Ceremony in the street in front of Bering Memorial United Methodist Church in Houston, TX. Best Wishes on your Union. My partner and I have been together almost 21 years and the poem on your home page is very appropriate. While now living in DC, I am active in the UMC in the Iowa Annual Conference and have been elected to the North Central Jurisdictional Conference next year (5th Alternate for General Conf.) My pastor and I were in Kearney, NE during Jimmy's trial. He is a blessed man for all of us. Do you know my friend Mike Nelson, mayor of Carrborro?
