GARDEN ROUTE (4 days)
We will be based in the peaceful town of Mossel Bay at the Post Office Tree Manor Hotel for the duration of the tour. We shall visit towns such as Oudsthoorn, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and sail on the Knysna lagoon. The natural wonder of the Cango Caves in the Swartberg mountains of Oudsthoorn is a definite stop.
We will wonder at the indigenous flora found on the Garden Route and taste the sweetest oysters in Knysna. We shall transport ourselves into the good old days by riding on a steam train between George and Knysna.
Along the way our highlights are:
Petting cheetahs, riding an ostrich, feeding elephants, exploring the Cango Caves, touching the southernmost tip of Africa, riding a steam train through lush forests and viewing the Big Five from an open truck
