Practice Caps
		Caps are needed for all girls and for boys with long hair. Swimmers should have a meet cap (their Enfield Dolphins cap) and then another cap for practice. Caps can be purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods year round or Target during the summer months. They can also be purchased online or when Debbie from Metro Swim Shop does our team suit fittings. They should be either a silicone or a latex cap and Speedo seems to hold up best. Please do not buy the racer dome or aqua fitness caps for practice. Also, please do not get lycra caps as they tend to fall off during practice. If you have questions, please ask!
