SEASON FOUR: 2008-2009
11-4-2008 "WORST EXES EVER WEEK: I WANT MY MAN & MY RINGS BACK!"
Latonya brought her ex-boyfriend, Quintin, to court claiming he stole four expensive rings from her. She says Quintin was a dirty dog who cheated on her throughout their relationship. Quintin says he mailed the rings back to her after they broke up and has moved on with a woman named Sarah. Sarah enterted the court to testify on Quintin's behalf. Judge Alex asked Quintin what his status with Sarah is. That's when he dropped down on one knee and proposed to Sarah in front of everyone! Throughout the proposal, Sarah kept yelling at Latonya. Very classy and romantic. Judge Alex ruled in favor of Latonya since Quintin couldn't prove he returned the rings.

SEASON TWO: 2006-2007
5-25-2007 "PASSION OF THE GEESE"
This was a real down-home country-lovin' case. James was suing his neighbors Danny and Kimberly for the cost ($1,200) of nine geese that flew the coupe. James said their dog got into his goose pen and chased the expensive geese off. He figured it was their dog because he saw paw prints. Danny and Kimberly, who brought their two dogs to court, said that they were good, family pets that weren't capable of chasing away all those geese. Judge Alex ruled in favor of the defendants, saying James had no proof their dog did it. Once the case was dismissed, James told the cameras that he would kill the dogs if he ever saw them on his property again. Judge Alex heard the threat and called everyone back into court. He warned James and told Danny and Kimberly that they would have probable cause if anything ever happened to their beloved pups.
5-21-2007 "YOUR KID SCRATCHED MY TRUCK"
David brought Robin to court for $479 claiming her seven-year-old son scratched his truck. He started off his case by telling Judge Alex that his 73-year-old mother thinks he's "hot." After a few laughs, David showed Judge Alex a picture of his truck, which had a long scratch along the side of it. Robin said the scratch had gotten bigger since she saw it and thought David was trying to get more money out of her. Later on, Robin's son, Taz, testified saying that some of the neighborhood kids pushed him into the truck. Judge Alex also gave him a chance to apologize to David, but Taz refused. In the end, Judge Alex ruled in favor of David since Taz clearly scratched his truck.
11-10-2006 "HURRICANE HUSTLERS: HURRICANE RENTAL LOSS"
During sweeps, Judge Alex aired a theme week of shows called "Hurricane Hustlers," featured people who were taken advantage of in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. This episode featured a woman named Alana, who brought her former landlord, Laura to court claiming Laura kicked her out after Katrina. Alana said her home was heavily damaged in the storm, but Laura said there wasn't a scratch and Alana just wanted money from FEMA. Laura even accused Alana of using the damaged home as a vacation house. Judge Alex didn't buy any of Laura's story and ruled in favor of Alana.

SEASON ONE: 2005-2006
5-16-2006  DISPOSABLE WEDDING
Jennifer and Max paid Hope $2,000 to photograph their wedding. When their special day came, Hope showed up with 25 disposable cameras! She claimed her digital camera was stolen the night before and said they were lucky that she even showed up! Of course, the pictures came out horrible. Max's face could not be seen in any of them. Hope said it was because he was too black!  What's worse: Max's father got cancer after the wedding and died. These were the last pictures they had together and they came out awful. "If you had done this at my wedding, with my wife, there would have been a wedding and a funeral on the same day," Judge Alex said. No surpise, Judge Alex granted Jennifer and Max their $2,000.
11-15-2005 BUSTED!  RESTAURANT SCAM
Jacob claimed he broke a tooth on a piece of pizza when he dined at Sharif's restaurant.  He was suing Sharif for $243 in dental bills.  Sharif claimed he was the victim of a scam and said there was no way Jacob could have broke his tooth on a BBQ chicken pizza.  Sharif said he had Jacob investigated and found out that he sued a restaurant for the same thing in 2003!  Jacob denied that and lost his case due to laws that protect restaurant owners.  After the break, Sharif and Jacob were back, but the tables were turned!  Sharif was the plaintiff and was suing Jacob for more than $4,000 for defamation.  Since the show, Sharif said Jacob came to the restaurant swearing and demanding money.  Sharif also brought along some damning evidence:  an insurance statement with Jacob's name on it and a video from a restaurant owner who said Jacob trying suing him for the same thing in 2003.  Jacob still denied the former claim.  Judge Alex said he did not believe him and ruled in favor of Sharif, but not for the full amount.  Judge Alex told Sharif he should have Jacob prosecuted.
11-3-2005 FILTHY BEACH HOUSE
Ricardo and Sandy brought  Diana and Al to court claiming their beach house in Puerto Rico was a dump.  The plaintiffs said the defendant's Web site made the place look wonderful, but they found a filthy mess when they arrived.  Pictures showed that the beach house was infested with cockroaches, the bathtub was full of mold and a pillowcase was stained.  Al and Diana blamed the mess on their cleaners, saying Puerto Ricans don't like to clean as much as Americans.  Of course, the plaintiffs called them out for being racists.  Things got heated between Sandy and Al, so Judge Alex had them take a seat.  In the end, Judge Alex ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, granting them $1,800 for the dirty conditions.
When the ratings for Texas Justice started to slip, Twentieth Television canceled the show and brought in Judge Alex Ferrer.  Although the set is different, Judge Alex is taped in the same studio as Texas Justice and features the same announcer.  What makes Judge Alex different from Texas Justice?  Judge Alex is a former police officer, trial attorney and criminal court judge, unlike Judge Larry Joe.  Judge Alex brings his 20 years of experience to bench as he presides over small claims cases.  The bailiff's name is Victor.  Judge Alex was the first of three new daytime shows to be renewed in 2006. His ratings were constantly higher than those of the Tyra Banks Show and Martha Stewart during their first seasons.  Judge Alex has been renewed through the 2008-09 season.
