Donna is an animal lover who has many pets on her farm. One day, she was shocked to find a neighbor's pitbull attacking one of her beloved goats, Buddy. The dog killed her goat and right after, she suffered a heart attack from the stress. She brought the dog's owner, Kirt, to court for $3,000. Kirt's dog was out to sleep because of the incident, so he thought he shouldn't have to pay. Kirt did not feel bad for Donna, who was crying throughout the case. He even laughed when graphic pictures of her dead goat were shown to the court. Judge David got so upset with his unsympathetic attitude, that he kicked Kirt out of this courtroom. The judge ruled in favor of Donna because she was able to prove she had a heart attack because of the incident. He told her, if he could have given her more money he would have.
