Jeanine Pirro was once a rising star in New York's Republican party. She was a popular judge and won three consecutive runs for district attorney. She was even chosen as one of People's magazine's "Most Beautiful People." In 2005, Pirro challenged Hillary Clinton in a run for the U.S. Senate. Her campaign got off to a bad start when a page of her announcement was misplaced and she was left speechless for more than 30 seconds. Her former husband, Albert Pirro, had his own problems, which including a paternity suit with Jeanine. He was also convicted on federal tax fraud. Pirro is bouncing back from all of her troubles. In 2007, she was a regular contributor on Fox's "Mike & Juliet." She was such a natural on camera, that the CW signed her to preside over her own one-hour court show, Judge Jeanine Pirro. The show airs at 3pm on CW affiliates on the East Coast. The first show was broadcast on September 22, 2008. JJP is taped in Chicago. |

11-20-2008 RON JEREMY LAWSUIT Every year, porn star Ron Jeremy hosts the "Nudes-A-Poppin" pageant. It's an event where strippers compete naked. He was supposed to co-host the event with the defendant, Audrey Moore, but she never showed up. So, Ron brought her to JJP to sue over breach of contract. Audrey admits she agreed to co-host the show, but got cold feet. The day before the show, she got drunk and missed her flight. Ron his co-plaintiff, Scarlett, had to scramble at the last minute to find another co-host. Ron and Scarlett were suing Audrey for $1980, but since they had to go above and beyond to find new talent, JJP granted them $3500. 9-22-2008 SERIES PREMIERE - TROUBLED TEEN WALKS OFF THE SHOW Keosha says her neighbor, Juanita's, sons are out of control. She says that one of the boys, 14-year-old DeShawn, threw bleach at her and her children. She brought all of the clothes they were wearing that day to prove it. She also showed the judge a huge scar on her stomach that she's now left with. What's worse, after throwing the bleach, Keosha says the boys came back and threw bricks at her car and tossed more bleach over the inside of the car. DeShawn got upset while hearing the story and stormed out of the courtroom. JJP told Juanita that her son is going to wind up in jail one day. As she worked on her verdict, the court officer informed JJP that DeShawn was threatening revenge on Keosha from backstage. JJP had the court officer call police to talk to DeShawn, so Keosha wouldn't be hurt again. After all the drama, JJP ruled in favor of Keosha. |
