Four series of collector's issues are Hacklbrunn's offering to the world. The issue at left was printed on at least three weights of paper and card. As the map below implies, Hacklbrunn is exceedingly small. There are about 10 buildings within walking distance of one another. [Nearby lies the several building of village Hundsberg, another giant place.] What's amazing is the number of notgeld series is greater than the number of buildings in Hacklbrunn, and the issues are plentiful enough to make Hacklbrunner Sonderscheine among the most common of the collector's issues in Austria. Looks like someone ordered too many from the printer! |
