Arthur Wilkinson (1919-68), a compiler of medleys, for example, of Howard Keel songs, Ivor Novello (entitled Novelloitis), Viennese songs, Songs of London and, of course, songs of The Beatles.

His Beatles Concerto, for piano and orchestra, was a setting of Lennon/MacCartney tune All My Loving in the style of the finale of Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto; Yesterday in the style of Tchaikovsky's First Piano Concerto; From me to you in the style of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23, K.488; and Michelle in the style of Grieg's Piano Concerto.
