EULATON UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

The Eulaton United Methodist Women is a community of women

whose purpose is to know

God and to develop concepts of mission through

participation in the global ministries of the church.

We meet each month in the church

fellowship hall. We have educational and inspirational programs.

We sometimes have guest speakers.

Quarterly, a salad supper precedes the program. This is a

potluck dinner where everyone shares a favorite salad.

We have an annual Christmas party at a member's home.

A time of fellowship, food and fun is

enjoyed along with a special inspirational Christmas program.

Our Annual Bazaar sponsored by the

United Methodist Women is the first Saturday in November

in the Family Life Center

across from the church. We plan and prepare for:

1. A Cafe serving soft drinks, coffee,

hot cider, ham and sausage biscuits, fried pies, muffins,

cakes, pies and cookies.

2. A Country Store with homemade

canned goods such as jellies, pickles and relishes,

fresh fruits and vegetables and many good used items (other

than clothes).

3. Crafts which will be handmade

items for Christmas, Fall or any time of the year.

Some popular items are: Christmas ornaments, crocheted

or knitted items, coasters, wreaths, birdhouses,

painted wooden items,

gift baskets, flowers, pictures, swags and jewelry.

4. Baked goods such as breads, cakes,

candies, cookies and pies. The proceeds of this fund-raiser

go toward many worthwhile mission projects which include:

local Meals on Wheels, Hospice,

Abused Children's Home,

Literacy, Rape Center, Wesley Foundation,

Interfaith Ministry, Community Enable and Soup Bowl.

We are dedicated to spreading

the gospel through our programs

and projects. We hope you will

come and join us in His work.
