SOS - CHILDREN VILLAGES OF ROMANIA


   In 1991 the TOFAN ARKITECT company won an international architecture contest, and was hired to realize a village for orphan children. The village has an area of 4,5 ha, and gathers 135 children, 15 social mothers and auxiliary personal. A Romanian specific image was created.
   The SOS Kinderdorf International company built 300 villages all over the world, but the orphan village from Bucharest is the most beautiful Romanian architectural style try.
