NOTES FROM BELLA

1. The Ambient and IDM archives are now searchable by keywords. To view articles previously posted to either list,

http://hyperreal.com/music/lists/idm or
http://hyperreal.com:70/1/music/lists/ambient/text

On each site, try executing two separate searches, one on fsol and one on london (case insensitive).

2. Everything prior to Tales of Ephidrina except Accelerator and the Papua New Guinea CD and Remix 12" has been deleted from vendors' catalogues.
3. Astralwerks is re-releasing the Far-Out Son of Lung and the ramblings of a madman EP, ISDN, and is slated to test market a 25+ minute video to accompany the Far-Out Son of Lung EP in selected markets across the US. NOTE: Each re-release is said to carry new music and new artwork by Buggy G. Riphead, including a 16-page full-color booklet exclusive to the re-release of ISDN.

PERSONNEL:

Brian Dougans
Garry Cobain

Garry's name is somewhat of a mystery. Most of the earlier releases credit him as Garry Cockbain. Is he embarrassed about his name? Does anyone know for sure what it really is?

Almost everything they have released credits both of them as the composers; apparently they both have equal creative roles in the band.
