Has my computer project paid off monetarily? Yes. As a result of it I accomplished various things:

• I received a serious transcription client
• I received several editing and translating jobs
• I was able to find out about and buy transcription equipment
• I learned how to improve my teaching and computer work and to make them more efficient
• I was able to help many many people who had problems
• I was able to get equipment for the Computer Gemach
• I developed a series of websites which help others
  • When the websites are completed or after I die, then the world will read the information in book form
  • In this way I am passing on the information that I have to future generations

I have spoken to people who are frustrated because they were not able to complete their life’s dreams. Others could not follow in their footsteps, and they could not achieve the continuity that they craved.

That continuity is a major thing in a person’s life. It’s as important to some men as having babies is to a woman, and to some degree, for similar reasons – the need for continuity.

So, what started off and remains as an effort to do good for others, has been successful, and it also has done good for myself.
