October 3 - Saturday - “Sharing Lives: An Afternoon with Filipino American Authors” sponsored by Chavez Public Library and FANHS Stockton - 2pm - Chavez Library, 605 N. El Dorado St, Stockton, CA 95202-1907 - Come out for this free event and meet/listen to several Filipino American authors: Evangeline Buell, Stefanie Cruz, Dorina Lazo Gilmore, Peter Jamero, Oscar Penaranda, Rizaline Raymundo – there will also be a Stockton FANHS exhibit of Filipino American authors’ books in the library’s display case for the month.
