Getting Married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica

The wedding week of Ashley and Andrea Nadeau started February 4, 2006 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica at the Couples Resort. Once Ashley and Andrea arrived at the resort they met with the wedding planner to discuss details of the wedding. At this time the locations, menu and flowers were chosen.


The ceremony took place Thursday on the sandy beach. They had set up white chairs with pink bows and an arch for the ceremony. It was raining that morning and there was concern that the wedding would not be held outdoors as planned. By the afternoon the weather cleared up and it turned out to be a really nice day. Andrea looked incredibly gorgeous walking down the stairs to the ceremony!

The reception took place in the beautiful garden at the front of the resort. The resort had set up a microphone and had music chosen by the couple playing in the background. There were candelabras all over the garden which created a romantic ambience. The wedding supper was an incredible five course meal, the wine was ever- flowing. The service at the resort was fabulous! It truly was the perfect setting for a perfect couple!
