We went to Marne-la-Vallee a suburb 32 km east of Paris to go to Disneyland Paris as it is call now. It use to be named Euro Disney. We went there in the evening to check the place to know it's location and we went to look for an hotel. We drove around and found a place close enough to the park. For about 60 euros and breakfast included we found a very decent two star hotel. Next day we left early for the park. It opens at ten and closes at seven.

We payed, I believe 6 euros for parking; when we went to line up the lines were already huge.

It was not bad once they opened more booths. We had a lot of fun, and the wait for the rides was not as bad as in Orlando Florida.There was even a fast-pass to reduce the line-ups. Some rides were closed, we did not do Big thunder Mountain, it was being renovated. We were also limited by Isabelle's age and height. Many places she was not allowed.

We still did a many rides. One of my favorites was It's a Small World After All. We also went to the haunted house, Buzz lightyear, the carousel, the tea cups, the race cars, the paddle steamer. We also loved the imax theater. There was a movie and the floor trembled, when the dog sneezed we got wet. It was so real thet some kids were terrorized. We also saw many of the Disney characters walking around. A lot of kids were chasing them for autographs. We did not have much time so we did not bother with that.

We also had some barbecued chicken for lunch quite reasonably priced. A lot of the workers spoke english. Even if you speak to them in french they answer back in english.

At the end we had to hurry to the airport of Frankfort, we were taking the plane the next day. Isabelle wanted some souvenirs. I had to rush her and told her to buy a shirt she was quite disappointed. It was a great choice after all she likes it.

We drove for a couple of minutes and a toll was already waiting for us. We still cherished our day.
