The evening of Thursday 21st June and morning of Friday 22nd June 2001 was a truly memorable time for most - but for Fee and Emily it is one that is lost in a haze - the only explanation must be that the new climate and hot weather is affecting their short-term memory retention. Let's hope that these two "fledglings" frae Edinburger-land will quickly adapt to their new surroundings.
OR could it be that, since Thursday night/Friday morning was the dawn of Fee's birthday and she has now turned 21, she is experiencing the beginnings of memory-loss?

2nd is that we havent made it past koh san rd yet!
last night, made new friends, including one who was on his own and em went to befriend him, only 4 us 2 find out that it was his b/day on 22nd 2!! Altho he didn't drink b4 he met us......
anyway we've heard horror stories about "sang tip" (specially fae donna herd!!) and now we know what she was talking about! oh my good god ..... never spent my b/day barfing and lying in a darkened room b4!!
as far as we can remember, em got insulted (but we don't know who by or how! - only know cos she wrote a wee story bout it - saying that if anyone was going to insult her it ought 2 b cameron broon!) found that this morning along with empty bottles, but amazingly all our important stuff was still with us. oh yea, em doesn't remember but she fell down in the street with all our new friends (who funnily enuf we havnt seen since!)
not very constructive day 2 day as u can imagine but been out (fee 1st ventured out at 6:30pm, em went out earlier and while sitting quietly in hostelry reading her book, found 2 her horror that 2 dogs decided that they would have a wee scrap under her table and bite thru her bag. if u knew about em's dog phobia, this would b funnier). 4 some food and sang tip and feel all smashing again!!
have big plans 4 2morrow including thai massage, river boat trip and booking transport 2 kho phan ngan. lets hope some of this happens.
