As she looks in the mirror,
she sees two young lovers holding hands
walking through the park
on a sunny spring day.

So much in love.
Promises of the future looking so bright.
Such big expecations of each other.

Always going to be together;
they would never be apart.
Vowing to always love each other.

Soon their wedding day would come
and their first born.
So happy together.

Suddenly the images in the mirror
fade away in a black cloudy mist.
She realized that this
was all from her past.

Now she had to look
in the mirror of the future.
