For this tutorial you will need: 1. Paint Shop Pro (download here) and 2. Sandy Blair's Simple filters (download here) We will be using "diamonds" and "center tile."

First open up Paint Shop Pro and open a new image 200x200.  Flood fill with a solid color of your choice.  For this tutorial, we used a teal green.
