To create this simple knitted tile you will need: 1.  Paint Shop Pro (download here) 2. Sandy Blair's Simple Filters (download here) We will be using "diamonds" and "quick tile." 2. Crescent Moon's Filters (download here) We will be using "cut glass."

Open up Paint Shop Pro and create a new image, 200x200: Flood fill with the color of your choice...this tile looks better with light colors, but it's totally up to you.  For this tutorial I used green.

Next, click on images, effects, blinds and use the following settings.  Use a color that's complementary in the same hue.  For this tutorial, I used blue.
