My atom model has similarity with many models of atoms previously proposed; nevertheless it is totally in disagreement with the pattern that quantum mechanics proposes.
In this chapter we will see summarized the similarities and new contributions that my atomic model offers.
Similarities and differences:
<<The pattern of Bohr (Rutherford) told us that atoms are similar to the solar systems, but with well differed nuclear particles electrically charged. This pattern also aims us the existence of energy layers in atoms.
>> My model structures Cosmos in gravitational system or matter units such as atoms and stars. To know, the structure of atoms and stars are more than similar, it is same in all their components and behaviour.
Therefore
in atoms, well-differed nuclear particles don’t exist, neither electrically charged; alone nuclear mass exists, the same as in the stars.
So if we destroy an atomic nucleus, alone particles of matter of very diverse sizes will come out, each one of these will take its own magnetic behaviour according to its size and possible accompanying sub-particles.
For instance quarks are alone middling matter particles of diverse size. Light is very small particles, which due to their little size can be accelerate to c speed by the magnetic fields of atoms.

The magnetic fields that any mass produces to its surroundings are those that create orbits, where later on, the orbital ones (electron, planets) are located using the magnetic fields that these orbital ones also have.
---In my atomic model distribution layers around the nucleus also exist.
The gravity fields of the nucleus produce these layers. But it is not certain that these layers are those that provide different energy level in atoms, but the magnetic orbits when they are occupied with electrons, circumstance that give bigger or smaller volume to atom and determine the energy potential or energy level that the atom must contain due to its occupied volume.
<<As for the intuitive idea of Einstein that matter distorts the space-time that surrounds this matter, my model also explains on what this deformation consists.
>> In my atom model the space-time Einstein deformation on the deformation of the energy that surrounds to the atomic nucleus (and other orbital particles) consists.
All the atomic nucleus are forced to rotate (spin) and when not being able the rotation of the gravitational and magnetic lines to the same speed of the nucleus due to their great magnitude, these energy lines are forced to be wound in spiral and this way the energy around the nucleus is deformed from its natural straight line to spiral form.. Alone the zones of orbital cuts survive to this deformation where a balance state takes place and where the orbital ones are located (electrons, planets).
<<Principle of exclusion of Pauli, on the energy difference in all the orbital ones of an atom (different quantum numbers as for Pauli).
>> In my atom model, when having each orbit different distance from the nucleus, any loss or gain of an atomic orbit represents a change of energy level in this atom, and to be different all the orbits in any atom will also be different the energy necessity of each one to be balanced.
(On the other hand my theory is against the quantum numbers)
Because well, besides these similarities and differences previously described, my atom model explains how the primary energy of the Cosmos (gravity) is constituted in energy points, which are regrouped forming the matter points, and in turn, these are regrouped forming the gravitational systems (atoms, stars, etc.) in exponential way.
My model also explains how the magnetic fields are born, which create the magnetic orbit; how and where these orbits are located; which are the physical reasons of the energy exchanges in the gravitational systems.
The non-existence of differed particles in the nuclei of the gravitational systems is pointed out, explaining that the magnetic fields that the nuclei produce are those that organize the distribution of orbital ones and particles.
Likewise it tells us which the reason of the electric charges of any system is, (nucleus with orbital ones; electron with accompanying particles; solar systems with planets;
planets with satellites, etc.).
--If a material nucleus has orbital ones and its energy density is superior to the middle energy of the Cosmos, this system will have positive charge, and it will need to acquire volume by means of the acquisition of an orbital ones, or against, to emit energy giving energy particles.
--If on the contrary sense, its energy density is inferior to this Cosmos middle, its charge will be negative and it will need of diminishing its volume giving an electron or acquiring energy from the exterior.
