These Dragonballs can only be found all over the universe.  Virtually impossible to find.  Seek the help of masteres all across the galaxey and they might have information on where these Dragonballs might be located at.  You get 5 wishes and there is no limit to the Dragons power.  If you are going to wish for Imortality, then there is going to be a stipulation.  You can only be Imortal for two weeks.  When you go into fights you will have unlimited KI and Vitality.  You need a scouter or a dragon radar of some sort in order to find the Dragonballs...
