This British registered right hand drive '47 Buick Special recently completed the Peking to Paris race.  Quite an accomplishment for a 50 plus year old family sedan!  The car was sponsored by General Motors China.  Definately a unique piece of automotive history.  Buicks were highlighted at Macungie this year.
In active service until the '80s, this '49 Buick Roadmaster ambulance has since been cosmetically restored.  The interior, including all medical equipment, is entirely original.  Certainly one of the more unique vehicles on display this year.
The '59 Buicks were advertised as 'the most changed Buick ever'.  They most certainly were, and this 3/4 rear view of a '59 Invicta hardtop has to be the most dramatic angle for this car.  Note the lack of ventiports, as they were absent on all '58 and '59 models.
