Yes, this fish was caught off in-between Pasir Ris & Ubin.
Sea catfishes are extremely difficult to ID as most of them look identical. It is ID mainly thru the different shapes of 'upper tooth patches' in its mouth & partially from the different patterns on the 'top view of the head.'
