The Flint River Baptist Camp is available for use by Association groups, sponsoring churches, non association church groups, and other groups whose purpose and activities do not conflict with Christian principles and the policies of the camp. The Camp is not available for individuals or for private use. We will gladly schedule day or night meetings, overnight retreats, weeks of summer camp, and group picnics based on availability. *Each group is responsible to the camp for their activities and conduct. *No group will be permitted use of the camp without proper supervision. *Group reservations which do not require all space will be expected to share the facilities with other groups. *Overnight groups with less than 65 campers will not be guaranteed the entire camp facility. *For picnic reservations made during the months of May through September on Saturday, a DAY is considered from 8am-2pm OR from 2pm-9pm. *Group Leaders are responsible for the cleaning of the facilities used by your group. Additional fees for damage or unclean facilities will be charged. *The Camp Curfew is 12pm. Please limit any outside, noisy activities after this time. *Groups are not permitted to cook in the Kitchen of the Dining Hall. *We are a smoke-free environment. NO smoking permitted on camp property. *Pets are not permitted on Camp Property. |

Cabins $15.00 per person per night Retreat Meals $5.00 per person per meal *Must have a minimum of 30 people Banquet Meals $7.00 per person *Must have a minimum of 30 people Dining Hall $150 for three hours and $50 for every hour after three (set-up time included) *Groups are not allowed to cook in the Kitchen of the Dining Hall Chapel $100.00 for a four hour period Conference Rooms $15.00 each per day Wilderness Camping $5.00 per person per night Swimming Pool $50.00 plus $10.00 per hour for lifeguard fee (2 hour minimum) Picnic Pavilion $50.00 per day Rappelling & Rock Climbing $6.00 per person (minimum of 10 persons) Low Ropes Course $6.00 per person (minimum of 10 persons) Softball Field $75.00 usage fee for three hours and $20 per hour after three hours If lights are used, fee will include extra $15 per hour |
