1. Filled out paper work for the CYSA League Affiliation Agreement.

2. News Item: District voted to continue sponsorship of the coaching license classes for another year.

3. Reimbursement Checks for Coaching Classes in 2004:

MVLA – hosted 3 coaching classes

SASC – hosted 1 coaching class

Checks were cut to MVLA. The check to SASC is on hold until SASC treasurer can check for the F-class check.

4. In the future, the coaching class payments will be done by the League and not the clubs.

5. Short discussion about the $19.50 League fee for Insurance etc. and that it could be going up to help pay for supplies. The increase would be about $1 to $1.50 and would be applied in the fall 2005.

6. Spring Online Reg. is up.

7. Important: the Foothill league still needs Reps. for Delgado and Abronzino.

8. League Representatives: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Tournament Director, have been elected for one more year of coverage.
