In 1988 then President Ronald Reagan proclaimed October National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, although many people are not aware of this!

The House of Representatives has passed the resolution to proclaim October 15 National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. As of the beginning of 2002 all but 3 states have signed a proclamation as well.

Light a candle on October 15 at 7:00 P.M. (all Time Zones) in honor of all angel babies.
