(Take a double if the Dalek says it more than once without firing; if it keeps screaming like a broken Hitler doll, then keep drinking until it fires or the people involved get away.)
· a Dalek seems to be having a nervous breakdown.

· the Cyberleader says "Excellent!"

· the sonic screwdriver is used.

· instead of shooting the Doctor in the back, the villain just puts him in some strange and easily escaped danger.
· "But we're not spies! We're... travellers." (Or any variation)
· a companion falls in love for no discernable reason.
· someone dies.

Red Dwarf
· Always cheer then drink when they say "Red Dwarf".
· Sing and imbibe continually when the theme song is played or heard in the background. Yes, this can include the credits.
· Actually, drink whenever anyone sings. Applies to "I'm gonna eat you little fishie" and even the "Ohm" song.
· Drink if something wierd happens.
· Drink if something gross happens. (Applies mostly to Lister.)
· One drink for every mention of a small, furry animal or a kipper.
· Have drink for each hostile entity they meet that probably wants to kill them (should be some almost every episode)
· Have another if the hostile entity can't shoot straight, allowing the crew to survive against impossible odds.
· Celebrate the usual way when they send up/parody something from another sci-fi show. Double if they're spoofing any Star Trek.
· One drink per "smeg", "smegging", etc. (take 2 drinks if someone insults Rimmer with "Smeghead")
· Drink whenever they crash Starbug.

Drink when:
*Anytime someone in the movie is drinking or talks about drinking
* Somebody gets corrupted or almost corrupted by the ring
* A main character gets killed off
* Anytime there happens to be artistically wind-blown hair
* Someone has a "Oscar" moment (i.e. over dramatic death scenes included)
* Anytime someone asks where they're going, or the fellowship needs to make a decision about which route to take, or they argue over which way to go, in general, pretty much any time they're men who refuse to ask directions
* Someone learns an important "life" lesson
* Anytime the main characters look like they've actually bathed in a week (see "Council of Elerond" scene where Aragorn's hair is clean)
* Any time you think, geez, these guys could really use girlfriends (or boyfriends)
* Every time there's some great new place and everybody looks all impressed
* Any time a main character is introduced by their full name (Aragorn son of Arathorn, Gimli son of Gloin, etc.)
* Someone knows something but refuses to tell (ex: Gandalf and the Baelrog, Aragorn and the fact that he is king, Legolas and the song the elves are singing in Gandalf's memory)
*The ring is held out on Frodo's hand for just anyone to grab but no one does
* Whenever you hear John Rhys-Davies's accent and you half expect Indiana Jones to join the fellowship
*An orc gets killed.
