FAVORITE FILMS

As an amateur and therefore unpaid film critic there are a number of highly-praised films every year that I have regrettably been unable to see; those films are listed, by year, next to their corresponding set of Favorite Films.

I do not for an instant hold to these lists with any degree of conviction or dogma; consider them likely to change a moment’s notice.  I include them here only as an easy gauge of my taste.

MOST OVERRATED MOVIE 2003 This is not necessarily a movie I disliked, but one that I felt was showered with more awards, praise, or discussion than it deserved.  I do not pick a “worst movie” because, as an unpaid film critic, I tend to avoid movies that I might consider a waste of my money.  This is why you find so few negative reviews on my website. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King.
