Mike Hawke is the owner and founder of the FWF. He made a profound impact at Wrestlefest 2000, helping his hand-picked champion, Ted McDougal win the FWF Title. Since Wrestlefest though, he hadn't been seen, and appointed Ted McDougal FWF Commissioner. Unhappy with McDougal's tyrannical rule though, Hawke has returned to the FWF, and a power struggle between the two former friends is sure to happen.
