Those Who Make Excuses:
(a)  Not Today.
            Jos. 24:15 - Choose you this day.
             1 K. 18:21 - How long halt ye?
             Pr. 27:1 - Boast not thyself of tomorrow.
             Is. 55:6 - While he may be found.
             Mt. 24:44 - In such an hour as ye think not.
             Lu. 12:19,20 - Thou fool.
             Ac. 22:16 - Now why tarriest thou?
             2 Co. 6:2 - Now is the accepted time.

(b)  It Is Too Late.
             Eze. 33:19 - If the wicked turn . . . he shall live.
             Mt. 20:6 - Why stand ye here all the day idle?
             Jn. 6:37 - Him that cometh unto me.
             Ro. 10:13 - Whosover shall call upon the name of the Lord.

(c)  Tried Once And Failed.
              He is able,
                 -- To deliver. Da. 3:17
                 -- To fulfill promises. Ro. 4:21
                 -- To guard your treasure. 2 Ti. 1:12
                 -- To save to the uttermost. He. 7:25
                 -- To keep you from falling.  Jude 24.

(d)  Too Many Mysteries.
               De. 29:29 - The secret things belong to God.
               Jn. 13:7 - Thou shalt know hereafter.
               Ac. 1:7 - It is not for you to know.
               1 Co. 13:12 - Now we see through a glass, darkly.

(e)  I Don't Need A Saviour.
               Jn. 3:18 - He that believeth not is condemned already.
               Jn. 3:36 - He that believeth not . . . the wrath of God abideth on
               him.
               Ro. 3:23 - All have sinned.
               Ro. 6:23 - The wages of sin is death.
               He. 2:3 - How shall we escape, if we neglect?

(f)  Too Many Hypocrites In The Church.
               Jb. 8:13 - The hypocrite's hope shall perish.
               Mt. 7:1 - Judge not, that ye be not judged.
               Ro. 14:12 - Every one of us shall give an account of himself.
               1 Pe. 4:8 - Above all things have fervent charity among
                yourselves.

(g)  Will Cost Me Too Much.
                Ps. 116:12 - What shall I render unto the Lord?
                Mk. 8:36 - What shall it profit?
                Luke 18:29,30 - No man hath left . . . who shall not receive
                more.
                1 Pe. 2:24 - Who . . . bare our sins in His own body on the tree.
               
(h)  I Cannont Leave My Old Companions.
                 Ex. 23:2 - Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil.
                 Pr. 13:20 - He that walketh with wise men, shall be wise.
                 2 Co. 6:14 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with       
                 unbelievers.
                 1 Co. 15:33 - Be not deceived . . . evil communications
                 corrupt.

(i)  I Shall Be Persecuted.
                  There shall be a blessing connected with it. Mt. 5:11
