Hotohori is a gentle, peace loving person. He acts older than his age, probably for being rased to be the next emperor of Konan. A lonely person. He had been waiting his whole life for the legendary Suzaku no Miko, when he met Miaka and felt in "love" with her. He thought maybe someone who didn't know him as the Emperor, would fall in love with the real him. Miaka brings the boy in him with her cheerfulness. His biggest fault is his narcissism, but who can blame him with his looks. ^_^
