Alice Bronkhorst was born September 08, 1911 in Trenton Township, Dodge County, Wisconsin, and died May 28, 1982 in Hillside Hospital, Beaver Dam, Dodge County, Wisconsin.  She married (1) Clarence R. Rens October 24, 1935 Alto, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.  He was born August 15, 1901 Town of Trenton, Dodge County, Wisconsin, and died July 26, 1962 at is home, Waupun, Wisconsin.  She married (2) Elmer Kemink December 29, 1976 in Waupun, Wisconsin.  He was born February 21, 1904,
and died March 14 1985 at Waupun Christian Home, Waupun, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

     Services for Alice Kemink, 70, 800 Grace St., Waupun, were May 31, at First Christian Reformed Church, Waupun.
      Kemink died May 28, at Hillside Hospital, Beaver Dam.
      She was born Sept. 8, 1911, in the town of Trenton, Dodge County, a daughter of Cornelius and Christine Van Buren Bronkhorst. On Oct. 24, 1935, she married Clarence Rens. He died July 26, 1962. On Dec 29, 1976, she married Elmer Kemink at Waupun.
      Kemink is the former owner of Rens Motor Company in Waupun, and is a former employee of Gysbers Jewelry Store, Waupun, and a former member of the First Christian Reformed Church.
      Surviving are her widow; one daughter, Carol Ellsworth, Tyler, TX; one son, Larry, Waupun; and two step-daughters, John Montsma, Waupun and Joyce Vriezen, Delavan.
      She is further survived by two brothers, Elmer and Raymond Bronkhorst, Brandon; three sisters, Alvina Hoekstra, Sr., Marion Bresser and Catherine DeMotts all of Waupun; five grandchildren; and six step-grandchildren.
      In addition to her first husband, Kemink was preceded in death by one brother.
      Funeral services were Monday at First Christian Reformed Church with the Rev. Norman Haan and the Rev. Arnold Dykhuizen officiating. Burial was in Highland Memory Gardens, town of Trenton.

Clarence R. Rens Dies Suddenly of Heart Attack
Funeral services for Clarence R. Rens, 60, were held Saturday at the First Reformed church.
The Rev. William Rosenberg conducted the funeral service. Burial was in Highland Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Rens, owner and operator of Rens Motor Company, died suddenly July 26 at his home of a heart attack. He had not been ill.
Born in the Town of Trenton in Aug. 1901, Mr. Rens was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Rens. He married Alice Bronkhorst Oct. 24, 1935 in Alto. Mr. and Mrs. Rens have lived in Waupun all their married life.
Mr. Rens was a member of the First Reformed church.
Survivors include his wife, a son, Larry at home; a daughter, Mrs. Wayne Vande Streek, Dallas, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Ella Koekoek; and a brother, Bert. Both live in Waupun.
The body was in state at Kohls Company Funeral Home Friday night and prior to the funeral.
The Vande Zande quartet sang and Dorothy Rens was accompanist.
Pallbearers were George Asmus, Clifford Vissor, Paul Boeck, Elmer Kemink, George Lacich and Bob Minneman.

Elmer Kemink, 81, of the Waupun Christian Home died Thursday March 14, at the home.
He was born Feb. 21, 1904, a son of Herman and Jane Redeker Kemink. On Dec. 18, 1931, he married Kate Dykstra in Waupun and she died April 27, 1975. He was married to Alice Bronkhorst Rens on Dec. 29, 1976, and she died May 29, 1982.
Mr. Kemink was employed at Farmers Elevator Co., Waupun, for 49 years. He was employed as a manager for approximately 30 yeras. He was a member of First Christian Reformed Church and an elder and a deacon of the church. He was a former member of Farmers Elevator Board of Directors and a former member of Waupun Christian Home Board of Directors. He was also a former member of Alto Cemetery Board of Directors.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Petter (Joan) Montsma of Waupun and Joyce Vriezen of Delavan; one stepdaughter, Mrs. F. Leslie (Carol) Ellsworth of Tyler, Texas; one stepson, Larry Rens of Waupun; six grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Funeral services were held Monday at the First Christian Reformed Church and vistitation was at Kohls Funeral Home, Waupun. Burial was in Alto Cemetery.
