Clara Mae Westover was born November 28, 1893 in Fox Lake, Dodge County, Wisconsin, and died July 09, 1961 in Randolph, Columbia County, Wisconsin.  She married Owen John Griffith Abt. November 30, 1911.  He was born March 30, 1891 in Ceernarvon, North Wales, and died November 13, 1964 in Oakland, California. Child of Clara Westover and Owen Griffith is:   Ronald Owen Griffith, born April 29, 1913 in Randolph, Columbia County, Wisconsin; died 1998.

The Randolph Advance-Nov. 19, 1964: Owen J. Griffith, 73, former Randolph resident, passed away at his home in Oakland, California on Friday, November 13. Funeral services for the late Mr. Griffith will be held Saturday, November 21 from the Schmidt Funeral Home at 2:00 o'clock with the Masonic Lodge in charge of the services. Rev. Simeon Jewkes will offer prayers. Interment will be in the Randolph cemetery. Owen J. Griffith was born on March 30, 1891 in Wales. After coming to this country Mr. Griffith married Clara Westover on November 29, 1911 in Randolph. They lived in Randolph until 1943 when they married to California where Mr. Griffith worked as an electrician until the time of his retirement. Mrs. Griffith preceded her husband in death in January, 1961. The late Mr. Griffith is survived by one son, Ronald of Oakland; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren and two brothers, Robert of Washington D.C. and Hugh of Wales. Friends may call at the Schmidt Funeral Home after 7 o'clock Friday evening and until the time of service on Saturday.
