Jerry A. Vossekuil, 66 915 E. Main St.. Waupun died Monday, June 3, 1991 at his home.
Mr. Vossekuil was born Aug. 2, 1924, in Alto,Wis., the son of John B. and Mary (Van Buren) Vossekuil. He married Doris Scharf Aug. 1, 1949 in Lomira.
He became associated with Waupun Aulo Sales in 1949.
He was a car dealer and vice president of Waupun Auto Sales until
1989. He remained active in the dealership until his death. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Waupun. He was a member of Getchel-Nelson American Legion Post 210 and VFW, Waupun.
He was a WW1I veteran of the US. Army in the European Theatre with the 57th Army Field Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Doris, Waupun; one son, Gary (Wendy) Vossekuil, Waupun;
one daughter. Christine (Larry)
Van Buren, Waupun; three grandchildren; one sister, Angeline (Wilton) Zick, Waupun;
cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
Funeral services were held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran church, Waupun.
Rev. Randall J. Metz officiating.
Interment was in Forest Mound Cemetery, Waupun. Visitation was held on Wednesday from 4:30-8 p.m. at Kohls Funeral Home, Waupun, and at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
A memorial has been established.
