He is survived by his parents, two brothers; Brad and Ross; one sister; Christine, all at home. Private graveside services were held Wednesday at Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun. The Rev. Elton Van Pernis officiated. Kohls Funeral Home, Waupun, was in charge of arrangements.
