John Van Buren died at the home of his son, John Van Buren, Jr., on the Beaver Dam road, south of the city, early Thurday morning. Funeral services will be held from the son's home Monday at 12:30 o'clock and at the First Reformed church at 1:30 the Rev. J. S. Ter Louw officiating. Burial will take place in Alto.
Mr. Van Buren was born May 25, 1948, in Holland. For many years he lived on a farm near Waupun but more recently he had retired and was living with his son. He is survived by three sons, John, Jr., William, and Edward, two daughters, Mrs. John Konings, and Mrs. Henry Smits, and one brother, Albert Van Buren, town of Alto.
