Jentje Van Buren was born December 14, 1855 in Ermelo/Nunspeet, Gelderland, Netherlands, and died March 20, 1896.  She married Harman (O) Gerritsen December 09, 1877.  He was born May 07, 1851, and died August 19, 1925.

Gertrude Vande Zande Died in Minnesota; Hold Service Today
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) for Mrs. Thomas Vande Zande, the former Gertrude Gerritson, who died at Staples, Minn., on Monday evening.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Gerritson, she was born at Waupun on Sept. 24, 1886. Her marriage occurred on Dec. 13, 1917. They lived at Deerwood and Luverne, Minn., until his death in 1946. Mrs. Vande Zande then made her home in Waupun until four years ago when she moved to Staples where she lived since.
Funeral services will be in charge of the Rev. William Rozenberg at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Beyers Funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Mound cemetery.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Myron Hillyer of Deerwood and Mrs. Edith Vande Zande of Columbus, and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Herman preceded her in death.

Thomas Vande Zande, 67, Dies in Minnesota; Burial Rites Held in Waupun
Thomas Vande Zande, 67, town of Alto native and a former resident of this vicinity, died suddenly of a heart attack, Thursday in Watertown, Minn., seven miles from his home.
Mr. Vande Zande was born Feb. 28, 1878, in the town of Alto, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mose Vande Zande. He was married to Gertrude Gerritsen of Waupun In February, 1916. The couple moved to Minnesota and lived for a year in Deerwood and then moved to Luverne. Mr. Vande Zande was superintendent of te county poor farm at Luverne for 23 years. Two years ago the Vande Zande bought a farm at Maple Plain, Minn. They sold the farm recently preparatory to moving to Waupun about March 1.
Survivors include the widow, three sisters, Mrs. Sam Veenhuis and Mrs. Johanna Nickerson of Waupun, and Mrs. Emil Block of Milwaukee; one brother, John M. Vande Zande of Waupun; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Beyers funeral home with the Rev. L. L. Duersin in charge. Mrs. Clifton Stack and Arthur Church sang at the services accompanied by Mrs. W. S. Staehling. Pallbearers were six nephews, John Ruesink of Fond du Lac, John H. Vande Zande of Brandon, Bernard Vis, of Milwaukee and John Veenhuis, Maurice Vande Zande and Harmon Vis of Waupun. Burial was in the Forest Mound cemetery. Masonic services were held Friday at 2 p.m. in Maple Plains.

Vande Zande, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Gerritson and Miss Mildred Gerritson of Brandon, Mrs. Robert Jenkins, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Block, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Vis, and Mrs. William Zapotoeny of Milwaukee.
Mrs. Thomas Vande Zande plans to return to Waupun and will make her home in Mrs. Hobkirk's apartment at 300 West Brown street.
