Tara Van Buren, 26, of 633 Hilltop Lane, Ripon, passed away Sunday morning, Jan. 23, 2005, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon.
She was born Dec. 21, 1978, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Kendall and Vikki Graham Van Buren.
Tara was educated in Waupun, Brandon, Ripon, and she graduated from Berlin High School.
She is survived by her parents, Kendall and Vikki Van Buren of Ripon; her brothers, Corey Van Buren and special friend, Brandi Schultz of Ripon and Eric Van Buren of Ripon and special friend, Tallie Yunk of Fond du Lac; her maternal grandmother, K. Deann Graham of Ripon and special friend, Marty Bumgardener; her great-grandfather, Dale W. (Betty) Bond of Jacksonville, Ill.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; and Home Care nurses.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents; her maternal great-grandmother; and her paternal great-grandmother.
• Services: A prayer funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, with the Rev. Robert A. Fictum officiating. Cremation will follow.
• Visitation: Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at the funeral home and again from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday, Jan. 26, at the funeral home.
A memorial has been established. Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, is assisting the family.
