Talley Unknown.  He was born December 13, 1895, and died November November 15, 1967 at his home, in La Crosse, La Crosse County, Wisconsin. Child of Virgina Seibel and Oscar Talle is: Melvin Talley, born August 06, 1918; died October 09, 1984.

	The Capital Times-Nov. 16, 1967: Oscar M. Talle, 71, La Crosse, a native and former resident of Madison, died Wednesday at his home. He was former supervisor for the Geyhound Bus Co., at La Crosse. Mr. Talle was a driver for the Geyhound firm on the Madison - Chicago, run for many years before going to La Crosse. Survivors are his wife, the former Virginia Seibel; a son, Melvin, La Crosse; two grandchildren, and three half-brothers, John, Gilbert, and Edwin Stephen, all of Madison. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:15 p.m. in the Schumacher Funeral Home, La Crosse.
