He married WHELAMENA FREEMAN, on August 17, 1903 in Randolph, Wisconsin. She was born October 24, 1882 in Utliy, Wisconsin, and died October 26, 1940 in Randolph, Dodge County, Wisconsin Children of WILLIAM WICHMANN and WHELAMENA FREEMAN are: ARNOLD FREEMAN WICHAMNN, born November 30, 1905 in Randolph, Dodge County, Wisconsin; died September 21, 1992. NORMA EVELYN WICHMANN, born July 10, 1909 in Randolph, Dodge County, Wisconsin; died December 1984 in Continental Manor Nursing Home, Randolph, dodge County, Wisconsin. IRA E. WICHAMNN, born 1903 in Wisconsin; died August 16, 1920 in Portage, Columbia County, Wisconsin.

June 27, 1907; Mrs. Will Wichmann was suddenly stricken with appendicitis yesturday and was operated on last last evening by Dr. Hoyer and a doctor from Milwaukee. Randolph Women. Sister of Waupun Persons, Died of Heart Attack Saturday Mrs. William Wichman, Sr., 58, of Randolph, sister of Mrs. Annie Gerretson, Mrs. William Biermann, and Rudolph Freeman of Waupun, died suddenly of heart attack Saturday. Mrs. Wichman was formerly, Minnie Freeman, daughter of the late Gustave Freeman. She was born Oct. 24, 1882, and resided in Waupun prior to her marraige to Mr. Wichman. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Randolph Lutheran church with burial in the Randolph cemetery. Edward Gerretson was one of the six nephews, who acted as pallbearers. Mrs. Wichman is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Erhardt Jonas, a son, Arnold, two grandchildren, six sisters, four brothers, and stepmother. Among the Waupun relatives who attended the services were: Mrs. Gerretson and son, Mrs. Chris Stopleman, Mrs. Ann Wickner, Mrs. Bierman, Mrs. Ray Leewood, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Freeman, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Biermann, and Clyde Huffman.
