Charles Vesley, 77, died suddenly on Tuesday, evening at his home 823 West Conant St.
Mr, Vesely was employed by the Wisconsin Power and Light Co. for forty-five years.                    
Friends may call at the Port funeral home after 4 p.m. on Thursday where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be held Friday at 1:30 a.m. from St. Mary's Catholic church. The Rev. Austin J. Henry will officiate, and burial will be made in Oak Grove cemetery.
Survivors arc his wile, Martha, four sons, Roger, Elmer and Harold, all of Portage and Vernon of Janesville; three sisters, Mrs.
William Amend and Mrs. George Devine both of Portage; and Miss Nell Vesely of Chicago, Ill.; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Vesely was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, and the Women's Guild of St. John's.
