Evert (Ed) van Buren   was born August 16, 1871 in Ermelo/Hulshorst, Gelderland, Netherlands, and died April 22, 1943 in St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du lac, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.  He married Wilhelmina (Minnie) Aarts December 18, 1903.  She was born August 31, 1879 in Apeldoorn/Uddel, Gelderland, and died December 29, 1936 in Fox Lake, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Evert Van Buren, 71, town of Lamartine resident, died at 1:45 a.m. today in St. Agnes hospital following a heart attack.
Mr. Van Buren was born, Aug. 16, 1871, in the Netherlands and came to the United States 55 years ago. He was married to Minnie Aarts, who died in 1936.
Survivors include four sons, John and Joe of the town of Lamartine; Edward of St. Paul, and Garret of Randolph, two brothers, John, and William of Waupun; and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Smits and Mrs. John Konings of Waupun.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 3:15 p.m. in the Hinkamp and Kohls funeral home and at 3:30 p.m. in the First Reformed church of Waupun with the Rev. E. H. Tanis officiating. Burial will be in the Alto cemetery.

Mrs. Evert Van Buren, who died suddenly early this morning following a heart attack, will be buried in Alto Saturday afternoon.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Beyers funeral home in Waupun and 1:30 p.m. from the First Reformed church in this city, the Rev. Anthony Karreman officiating.
mrs. Van Buren died about 1:30 Wednesday morning in her home southwest of Fox Lake.
Minnie Aarts, who was born in the Netherlands Aug. 31, 1879, is survived by her husband Evert Van Buren, and four sons, John, Joseph, Ed, and Gerrit Van Buren.

     John Van Buren, 422 1/2 East Main St., died Thursday evening, Dec. 19, at Waupun Memorial Hospital.
      He was born Aug. 2, 1906, in the town of Waupun, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Evert Van Buren. He lived in the vicinity of Waupun all his life with the exception of a few years in West Bend.
      Survivors include, three brothers, Joe, Rt. 1, Fox Lake; Edward, Beloit, and Gerrit, Beaver Dam. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.
      Mr. Van Buren was a member of First Reformed church.
      Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 23, at 1 p.m. from Beyers funeral home. The Rev. Frederic Dolfin officiated. Burial was in Alto cemetery.

Jennie, seven days' old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Van Buren, died on Saturday, June 30, at the home of her parents in the town of Trenton. Funeral services were held from the home on Tuesday afternoon, being conducted by Rev. J. J. Hollebrands. Burial was at Alto.
